Estimates & pricing
All estimates are free and provided before work begins. Quotes are firm for the scope described; if the scope changes on arrival (for example, additional rooms or heavy buildup), we'll confirm any price change with you before proceeding.
Scheduling & access
We schedule arrival windows and confirm by text. Please provide access to the space at the agreed time. Reschedules made at least 24 hours ahead carry no charge.
Satisfaction guarantee
If you're not satisfied with a cleaning, notify us within 48 hours and we'll return to re-clean any area of concern at no additional cost.
Liability
Serve is fully insured. We are responsible for damage caused by our negligence and will make it right promptly. Please secure valuables and let us know about fragile or high-value items before your visit.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally; the current version is always available on this page. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
